The Benelux tallest office skyscraper with a stunning height of 165 meters!
The Maas Tower has a height of 165 meters and is therefore slightly taller than the New Orleans residential tower, which makes it the Benelux tallest building. The Maas Tower is located at Kop van Zuid in the South of Rotterdam near the iconic Erasmus Bridge. This office building is named after the river Maas, as it has been built along this river. This skyscraper has been designed by Dam & Partners Architects and in fact its foundation is located within the river Maas, as it’s actually built on a piece of reclaimed river.
The Maas Tower mainly contains offices, with Deloitte and AKD as the main tenants and therefor the Maas Tower carries the big Deloitte logo on top. In addition, there are eight floors of parking space and this is very convenient when you go out and see an evening or weekend show in the New Luxor Theatre. The 44 storey Maas Tower also offers a Skylounge located on the top floor, where meetings can be held. On a clear day you can view the North Sea from your office chair.

The Maas Tower is located on Wilhelminapiernear the Erasmus Bridge and the New Luxor Theatre. From Rotterdam Central Station, get there by metro (stop Wilhelminaplein) or tram 20 or 25 and walk from there. Travel in style by Watertaxi, which stops just in front of Hotel New York.
Pay to park your car in the World Port Centerparking, in the Q-Park underneath the Maas Tower , or in the surrounding streets. You can also get there by crossing the brand new Rijnhavenbrug pedestrian bridge from Katendrecht, the peninsula where museum steamer ss Rotterdam is moored.
