Annabel is a brand new music venue in Rotterdam and should make people forget about the closed clubs Nighttown and Watt. As a music venue with a capacity of 1500 visitors Annabel is a lot smaller than for example the Ferro Dome Rotterdam and the huge multi-functional centre Ahoy in Rotterdam.
Besides a music venue, Annabel is also a Café / Restaurant with a large outdoor terrace, directly opposite Rotterdam Central Station and next to the entertainment venues ‘Biergarten’ and ‘BAR’. Annabel is located in the same building in which the illustrious Hollywood Music Hall was located in the past. Annabel is completely different though, even a bit alternative and arty-farty.
Annabel offers a pretty good menu, a nice atmosphere and good music. The Italian menu shows various salads and ciabattas with special ingredients, such as prawns, avocado and mascarpone. Annabel has some pizzas as well. Also after dinner Annabel is worth a visit, because the mood is friendly and you can get to know many people.
