Happy Italy is presently one of the most popular Italian restaurants in Rotterdam, due to the large portions they serve at a reasonable price. Happy Italy has a great outdoor eating area at the Rotterdam market square as well. A second restaurant of Happy Italy is located near the Feyenoord Soccer Stadium, near movie theatre Pathé Rotterdam De Kuip.
Long queues (sometimes even outside) during the weekend are the backdraw of the popularity of Happy Italy. Reservations are only possible if you go to Happy Itlay with a party of 10 or more. Once you have conquered a table, you can enjoy fresh salads, pastas and pizzas. The Italian sandwiches are delicious for lunch. Happy Italy is modern and cozy, but sometimes a bit noisy.
